Chef Tony has done a lot of auditions for his assistants in the spot of the knives. None of them has been a member since the phrase "You're cut out for this role," the chef came after Tony had them open in two as pineapple and tossed in the cart. The production has opted for a man incapable alongside the amazing chef.
